We are looking for someone with

• Master/ Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, management, related discipline
• Academic specialization in Real Estate Appraisal – Significant advantage
• Experience in transaction analysis and project monitoring within the real estate sector – Advantage
• Advanced Excel skillsIn-depth knowledge and understanding of the Israeli capital market, with an emphasis on the real estate sector
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated to learn and grow professionally
• Strong time-management skills

• Perform valuations and due diligence for real estate companies and projects across various sectors, including feasibility studies and economic analysis of real estate projects and properties
