As part of his position Or advises for a wide range of infrastructure projects in the field of conventional and renewable energies projects, desalination, environment, transportation, and civil infrastructure. Or leads financial processes, including writing and analyzing tender documents, leading commercial negotiations, formulating financing strategies, financial modeling,  financial model audit and analysis for financial institutions and potential investors, and more.
