Recruitment Process

Purpose and nature of the hiring process

Over the years, the hiring process had been characterized by the aim of enabling us and the candidates to become acquainted each other and form an impression of the potential match to the different positions. The hiring process is characterized by investment of significant resources and forming an impression based on the specific background of the candidates, their employment experience, academic background and other attributes that we see as factors that express the Company’s values.

First and foremost, the hiring process is based on mutual coordination of expectations where we seek, to the extent possible, to communicate the nature of the job, the numerous benefits and the challenges inherent in the various positions. It is important to emphasize that we see a great potential in hiring candidates with a unique background who can greatly contribute to the development of the team.

During the various stages, we will get to know each other and enhance professional knowledge and the ability to handle scenarios that you will encounter as part of your job in the Company. At each stage of the process, you will have the opportunity to express yourselves; we believe in authenticity, honesty and transparency for the benefit of optimal adaptation to the Company’s culture and values.

Note that each stage of the process constitutes screening and it is therefore important to display seriousness and willingness. And at the same time, it is also your chance to be curious and ask questions.

The hiring process

CV review
Your CV is the gate to any new workplace. Certainly when you indicate the relevant and required information for the position and maintain clear and concise wording. We believe that concise and accurate information is always preferable.
1
Initial HR call
After reviewing the CV, we will initiate a telephone call with the relevant candidates for an initial acquaintance and to coordinate expectations regarding the position - assessment of the candidate’s interest in the position, basic skills and the screening process.
2
Professional test

Note that the assessment of the professional test takes into account the initial call and how it corresponds with the candidate’s CV. At the same time, in the screening for the Corporate Financing Department, you will be required to perform a task that includes analysis of companies and an investment feasibility study.
3
First interview
The interview takes place with a project manager or team leader and focuses on getting to know the candidate and the professional knowledge relevant for the position. During the interview, candidates receive a detailed explanation of work in the department and the position for which they are being evaluated.
4
Senior management interview
An advanced interview that focuses on getting to know the candidate more closely in order to form our impression of their eventual suitability for the position and covers three key junctures: personal, professional and motivational.
