Sagi has over 15 years of experience as a one of the leading financial advisor and investment banker in the country, during which he has led various complex projects globally and locally. Together with his partners, Sagi has transformed Beta Finance into Israel’s leading financial advisory firm.
Sagi specializes in the energy and infrastructure sector, focusing on project financing and complex transactions of any kind. He has extensive experience in guiding sponsors, investors, PE funds, local and foreign lenders and public and government entities through different stages in the life cycle of their projects.
Over the years, he has served as a senior advisor in a wide range of transactions and tenders. Among them were raising billions in debt and equity in different structures – from senior to subordinated debt for projects to complex investment banking Mandates (Sell & Buy side), complex tenders, including development of financial models, conducting model audits for potential lenders and sponsors, writing expert opinions, and numerous other advisory mandates.
Sagi has been involved in various projects in Israel and around the world, primarily in the energy, infrastructure, water, transportation, and homeland security sectors. As part of these projects, he advised the private sector, interministerial tender committees and tackled different tenders & financial challenges.
Sagi has a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science and a master’s degree in business administration, both from Tel Aviv University.
