Education and work experience

Yaniv has a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting (with high honors), a silver medalist in the financial board exams and a master’s degree in business administration from the College of Management (with honors) specializing in finance and accounting.
Liniv has about 10 years of experience in the financial world, both in leading consulting companies including the BDO consulting company, Ziv Haft, the Deloitte Brightman Almagor consulting company, as well as extensive practical experience. In his last position, Yaniv served as Chief Economist of Nip Global, an international holding company.

Business experience:

Yaniv has extensive experience in all sectors of the economy, and especially in the following sectors: maintenance companies, infrastructure companies, project companies, industry, IT companies, real estate, sheltered housing, incubators, capital funds and more.
Among other things, he worked in the following areas:

• Building complex financial models and examining investment feasibility, risks and financial exposures for projects and joint ventures of the Nip Global group.
• Management of a team of about 6 economists and an accountant.
• Carrying out valuations.
• Support and accompaniment of transactions.
• Due diligence for companies from various industries.
• Accounting work (Impairment, PPA, employee option valuations)
