Dor holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Management from Tel Aviv University.

His expertise encompasses electricity price forecasting, System Marginal Price (SMP) analysis, and generation components. Dor has led significant infrastructure and energy projects, including the tender and financial closing of the Ashdod Desalination Plant, tenders for Israel Electric Corporation (IEC), the development of business plans, and advisory for organic waste treatment facilities.
