Einat is a Director in the corporate finance department.
Einat has extensive experience in all sectors of the economy, including in tourism, maintenance, infrastructure, communication, energy, real estate and industry companies.
As part of her position, Einat dealt with complex projects of various types, including accounting and economic due diligence, accompanying mergers and acquisitions transactions, company valuations for business and accounting needs, building business plans, financial models and economic opinions.
In addition, Einat assists public companies in a variety of industries in order to comply with various reporting requirements such as PPA, Impairment, valuations of employee options and more.

Einat is a certified public accountant (CPA) with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.
Over the past 7 years she has gained a lot of experience in the financial and economic world, including experience in the financial department at KPMG Somech Chaikin.
